What You’ll Earn

• Starting Rate: $18.25/hr
• Overtime Rate: $27.38/hr (after 40 hours)
• Annual Potential: $39,451 – $54,800+ per year (based on 40–50 hours/week).
• The 4% Cash-Out: Earn 4% of every dollar worked as PTO. Don't want the day off? Cash it out anytime in ADP for extra money in your pocket.

Your Day-to-Day

• Teamwork: Partner with a Lead Driver to safely load, deliver, and install "Big & Bulky" Amazon orders.
• Active Work: Stay fit while handling "Team Lifts" (50–300 lbs).
• Customer Service: Be the pro who delivers the "essential" items that make a customer’s home complete.

Requirements

• Age: 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fitness: Physically able to lift and move heavy items with a partner.
• Reliability: Energetic, customer-focused, and a team player.
• Background: Must pass a standard pre-employment drug screen.
